It is recommended that you carefully read these Conditions of Sale on the Website (the "Conditions of Sale") before ordering the products present on the same Website (the "Product" or the "Products").

These Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and the Conditions of Use, govern the reciprocal relationships in relation to the use of the Website and the purchase by you of one of our Product (s) through said Website. or by telephone communication. For any questions regarding these Conditions, or if you do not intend to accept their application, please contact our Customer Service at the email address  or call +39 347 1468421 before proceeding further.


The following information is provided in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 - hereinafter also the "Consumer Code").


Please click on the "Complete Purchase and Pay" button in the Order Confirmation section of the Website before sending us your order (the "Order") as a sign of acceptance of these Terms of Sale. Please note that, in case of non-acceptance of these Conditions of Sale, it will not be possible for you to purchase any Product on our Website.

Who can buy our products?  

     You must be over 18 years of age to purchase our Products

Orders are placed through the Website in the manner illustrated below:


When you are ready to make a purchase, click on 'add to Shopping Bag' to add the Product you intend to purchase to your Shopping Bag. Then continue by clicking on 'proceed to purchase' by accessing our secure servers to complete your Order.

If this is your first purchase on the Website, at the end of the payment transactions you can decide to create an account with us using your email address; in this case you will be asked to create a password. The password must remain secret and must not be disclosed or shared with anyone else. A secure password memorization tool is provided to allow you to recover it in case of loss during future purchases. You will then be asked to indicate your address. The address with which you register must be the same with which the card was registered, it will then be possible to indicate a different address for shipping.

If you are already registered on the Website, you can enter your login details to access your account.

Please indicate your preferred delivery methods (if there are applicable shipping costs, the same will be applied to the total amount and it will be possible to verify the amount before sending the Order), to confirm your address and to enter your payment details. You can check and correct any errors in your Order before sending it by clicking on the 'Complete Purchase and Pay' button.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your Order is correct before proceeding with dispatch. If you have any problems with your Order, please contact our toll-free number on 00 800 2000 1122 .

You will then be sent a confirmation email to verify the receipt of your Order. The message will be automatically sent to the email address you registered with. Please note that this does not imply that your Order has been accepted. In fact, your Order constitutes a mere contractual proposal for the purchase of the (Product) at the price indicated in the same Order.

All Orders are subject to our prior acceptance. We are not required to accept your Order and reserve the right to decline it at our discretion. However, please note that by clicking on the 'Complete Purchase and Pay' button, you assume the obligation to pay the price of the (Product) in the event that your Order is accepted.

After sending the confirmation email, we will make sure that we are able to execute your Order. The possible acceptance of your Order will be confirmed by sending a second email (the "Shipping Mail") confirming your Order and the shipment of the Product (s) to the address indicated by you for the shipment. The message will be automatically sent to the email address indicated during registration. We will then proceed to process the payment information you provide in order to credit the payment of your Order.

The contract between the parties (the "Contract") is concluded with the sending of the Shipping Mail and the consequent confirmation and acceptance of your Order. After the conclusion of the Contract, Maison Baleani is obliged to deliver the Products in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.

The Contract relates exclusively to the Product whose shipment has been confirmed by sending the Shipping Mail. We will not be required to supply additional Products that may be included in the Order until the shipment of said Products is confirmed with a separate Shipping Mail.

Please check the confirmation e-mails and the shipping e-mails for greater security and immediately report any errors.

In the event that any problems are found with your Order, you will be contacted by a representative of Maison Baleani.


Prices and shipping costs may be subject to change at any time, without prejudice to Orders already confirmed by sending the Shipping Mail.


Prices are checked regularly. However, should we find a variation or an error in the price at the time of receiving your Order, we will contact you to verify that you still intend to proceed with the purchase by applying the correct price. In the event of your confirmation to this effect, please remember that this does not however imply any obligation on our part to supply the Product until the Dispatch Mail confirming the Order is sent.


The prices of the Products indicated on our Website at the time of check-out include all taxes (including VAT) due on the purchase of the Products, but excluding shipping costs, which will be automatically applied to the total amount at the time of viewing the contents of your Shopping Bag.


All payments must be made upon shipment of the Product. Payment for the Product must be made by credit or debit card. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards. If we are unable to accept your Order for any reason, we reserve the right to choose whether to refuse your debit or credit card or to refund you the sums paid in relation to your Order. No shipment of the Product will be made until full receipt of payment. Please note that an online transaction fee may apply to your payment if provided by your card issuer. This commission is not attributable to us.


Regarding payments made by card, credit and debit card holders may be subject to authorization and authentication. We are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the Product ordered by you if your card issuer or our service provider refuses or does not authorize or validate the payment for any reason.


By providing us with your information, you expressly consent to its disclosure to third parties; upon the subsequent discovery of further data by third parties, including, by way of example only, as the case may be, your name, address, telephone number, credit or debit card details or credit reports; the authentication of your identity and the shipping address of the Product; confirming your payment card and obtaining the necessary authorizations to pay for the Product.


Your personal data will be processed by Maison Baleani in compliance with ours  Privacy Policy .

Transport costs ITALY

Transport costs are charged to the customer.

10 Euros for purchases of less than 98.99 Euros

Free for purchases over 99.00 Euros.

Transport costs ABROAD

Transport costs are charged to the customer.

10 Euros for purchases of less than 199.99 Euros

Free for purchases over 200.00 Euros.

Delivery and passing of risks  

The delivery of the  Product  will take place at the address indicated by you in the Order, but an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.


If the  Product  would not be  state  delivered within 30 days of the Contract or on any other date possibly agreed, you will have the right to withdraw from the Contract and any sum paid by you will be refunded without further delay.


Ownership and related risks  Product pass to you upon delivery.

Damaged product (s) or defective (s)  

Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the Product to check for any defects or damage. If you find any defects or damage, you should report it as soon as possible and we will arrange for it to be returned to our Customer Service Center at no cost to you. If we ascertain that the damage to the Product occurred before delivery, or that the defect is not attributable to your fault or use, we will arrange for the relative repair or replacement or the full refund of the price paid by you, including any shipping costs. , provided that the damage does not derive from having worn or used the Product. If you prefer to repair or replace the Product, please contact us and we will replace the item at no additional cost where this is reasonably possible. In addition, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item or send you a prepaid return package for the damaged or faulty item.


In case of lack of conformity of the Products pursuant to Article 129 of the Consumer Code, the legal guarantees referred to in Articles 129 et seq. of the Consumer Code. You have the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement. If it is impossible to carry out the above remedies, you have the right to an adequate reduction in the price of the products, or to terminate the contract. These rights are understood to be waived if any lack of conformity is not notified within two months from the date on which it was discovered. Our responsibility extends to the discovery of any lack of conformity within two years of delivery of the products. In any case, the right to take action aimed at ascertaining any lack of conformity, if not maliciously concealed by us, automatically ceases after twenty-six months from the delivery of the products.

Product information  

Despite all efforts made to represent the Product as accurately as possible through the use of photographs and other images provided on the Website, some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to defects in the screen or photographic techniques used. Other items could be represented on a larger scale than the actual size in order to highlight all the details, or on a smaller scale in order to show the object in its entirety. Furthermore, the details displayed on the screen (such as colors, designs, textures, etc.) depend on the characteristics of the device used and therefore may not faithfully reflect the real properties of the Products that will be delivered to you.

Limitation of Liability 

These Conditions of Sale do not exclude our possible liability towards you for the following events:


We are not responsible for any delayed or omitted performance of our services under the Agreement if this is due to causes not attributable to us.


Please note that no clause contained in these Conditions of Sale will in any case affect your rights under the law.

personal injury or death resulting from our fault;

willful misconduct or contractual fraud;

violation of the rules of the Consumer Code; or

other events for which it is not permitted to exclude our liability (or attempt to exclude it).


Return times and instructions

If you decide to withdraw from the Contract, you are required to return the Product by following the instructions that you will find inside the package together with the instructions to download the label that will allow you to return the goods for free.


The products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, in the same condition in which you received them. If you do not return the  produced within the times indicated above, and according to the instructions included in the package, we reserve the right to collect the goods from you at your expense.


You are required to observe the necessary diligence in the care of the Product in your possession. In the event of non-fulfillment, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any deterioration of the Product, up to the price, from the amount to which you would otherwise be entitled by way of reimbursement.


If you do not print the free return shipping label, and decide to ship the goods at your own expense, we recommend that you ensure that the Product is properly insured for transport.



If the Product is returned according to the terms indicated, we will refund the full price of the Products (except for any deductions due due to the use and damage of the Product) as well as the standard shipping costs paid.

The refund will be made within 14 days from, respectively:

if the Products have not been delivered to the shipping address indicated by you, within 30 days from the conclusion of the Contract; or  - by sending our confirmation via email that your Order has been canceled; or - if the Products have been delivered to you, from the receipt of the Products returned by you or, if earlier, from the day on which proof that you have returned the Products is provided.
